The A Proctor Group's technical department has announced that two of its employees – Susan Menmuir and Pamela Howat – are now both Energy Performance Certificate (EPCs) Assessors within Scotland, with Menmuir carrying out domestic assessments and Howat focusing on non-domestic assessments.
