Ecoslab has added its ground floor system to three ecohouses in Somerset, helping the homes to achieve a thermal envelope from which air cannot escape. Thanks to the flooring system and other wall and roof systems, heat can be generated simply from daily living. An “As Built” SAP report showed that Ecoslab’s flooring achieved a U-value of 0.13.
