The David McLean Group has acquired the Midlands-based Jennings Group for £38.5 million, as part of its strategic growth plan. The acquisition of Jennings has given David McLean access to the Midlands market, and furthers its aim of becoming one of Britain’s top ten housebuilders by 2015.
