Berkeley buys out St James

The Berkeley Group is buying the 50% share of its joint venture firm, St James, from RWE-owned Thames Water Utilities for £191 million. Berkeley will make two payments, one of £97.5 million for the business and £93.5 million for six new development sites and to pay creditors.
