Following Barratt’s development of an EcoSmart eco show village in Lancashire, the developer has decided to build a number of four-bedroom EcoSmart townhouses at its Expressions scheme in Gravesend. The homes, which will look the same as others on the scheme, will include solar collectors, CHP boilers, low energy lighting, and a water recycling facility, achieving an "excellent" Ecohomes rating.
