Countryside Properties’ £150 million scheme for Anglia Polytechnic’s six-acre Chelmsford Town campus has been granted outline planning consent (pictured). The Richard Rogers Partnership-designed masterplan features high density mixed use and mixed tenure development including 692 apartments and an arts centre, as well as commercial, retail, restaurant and café space in a retail street format.
