The charter will be backed by an action plan to promote health and safety across the whole housing sector and will be regularly updated. Kevin Myers, the HSE’s chief inspector of construction, and HBF chairman Stewart Baseley will launch the charter in association with the Housebuilders’ Health and Safety Forum, NHBC, NHF and CPA .
