The Green Building (right) is designed by Farrell && Partners and comprises 32 one and two bedroom apartments in a cylindrical drum. Electricity will be generated by a wind turbine on the roof, the building maximises solar gain, minimises carbon dioxide emissions and has low energy consumption.
