The Housing Market Intelligence Conference and annual report launch 2024 is set to return at Savoy Place, London on Thursday 3 October.

As ever, HMI will highlight and tackle the key strategic issues facing the industry following July’s general election with a focus on government initiatives, the economy, the market and finding solutions to the challenges facing the sector.

The conference will see the launch of the annual Housing Market Intelligence Report which as ever will be packed full of information, data and analysis of the sector and includes the Top 75 housebuilder listing.

HMI is a full-day conference, registration and breakfast at 9am, with the conference starting at 10am and the approximate close at 4.30pm.  There will be a short HMI drinks reception following the event which all delegates are welcome to attend. 

We look forward to welcoming the industry to what is one of the key events of the year.

Conference ticket prices include a copy of the HMI report, there is also the option to purchase the report on it's own. A recording of HMI will be made available to watch post-event and is included with both ‘delegate’ and ‘report only’ tickets.
