The Housebuilder Product Awards celebratory lunch took place at the Swan London, restaurant overlooking the river Thames on a lovely June day.
Guests were joined by our host Joe Twyman, founder of Deltapoll and previously the Head of Political and Social Research (Europe, Middle East and Africa) at the polling company YouGov. Joe is one of the country’s best-known pollsters, largely due to his ability to make statistics and polling both relevant and entertaining. Joe presented all 10 winners with their trophies. Guests then celebrated together with a 3-course meal overlooking the river Thames.

Housebuilder Product Award winners automatically become finalists in the Product of the Year category at the Housebuilder Awards 2024 later this year.
Now in their Twelfth year, these Awards were successfully launched in 2013 by Housebuilder Media to reward excellence for products and systems which aid new home development in the UK.
The Housebuilder Product Awards are supported by HBF and NHBC and sponsored by Daikin, with judges from organisations including CPA, HBF, NHBC, Future Homes Hub and leading housebuilders.
